Our company was established in response to the needs reported by small and medium-sized companies operating in Poland. After 1989, many businesses are managed by families. We perform mandatory audits of financial statements in accordance with local and international standards.
VOLUNTARY AUDIT
For smaller entities, we offer a voluntary audit of financial statements that will ensure the reliability and correctness of data included in the financial statements.
REVIEW
We carry out reviews of financial statements. Due to its nature, this service can be an additional element of control, supporting the entity’s management board.
ACCOUNTING ADVISORY
We offer consultations covering accounting principles, including those related to the preparation of financial statements, as well as support services in the change process (change in accounting policy, implementation of new standards, mergers, divisions)
TAX ADVISORY
Our support in the area of taxation primarily concerns the tax review service to confirm the compliance of tax settlements, as well as support in the preparation of settlements for CIT and VAT purposes.
AGREED-UPON PROCEDURES
We provide support to smaller entities by examining selected areas of financial statements or by performing agreed audit procedures, covering for example, verification of operating costs.
